Frequently Asked Questions

This section will hopefully answer some of the most common questions and answers we receive about our services.

Question: Do you clean with a power washer? No, our system uses a rotary flat surface cleaner. The rotary system is powered by a 3200 psi pressure system which supplies water to the rotary head acting almost like a hoover by cleaning and lifting as it spins at high speed.

Question: I have pets do you use chemicals and is it safe? Yes, it’s perfectly safe, we do not use chemicals of any kind. We do however, use weed killer after the cleaning process but our products are 100% pet safe.

Question: Will the process be messy? No, the system is completely covered and acts like a hoover lifting all the weeds, moss, algae, dirt, oil and grime.  Our cleaning process makes no mess within the immediate working area.

Question: Is there a discount for Friends and Family?  Yes, we are happy to offer yourself and your friends and family a discount on our services as this saves us on travel and setup times. Discounts are variable but higher should both parties opt for cleaning, sealing and sanding services.  Locations must be within 5 miles of each other for discounts to be offered.

Question: How long does it take? If you opt for a straight forward cleaning of your area then depending on the size of the area from arrival to leaving it takes anything from 1 to 4 hours. If you opt for having your area sealed and sanded, this must be done after we perform the cleaning.  In the summertime when it’s warmer this can be within a few days of cleaning, at other times of the year it may need to be several days to allow the water and weed killer to work to best effect.

Question: What does it cost? We do not have a payment scale, each job is priced individually and price depends on size of area, distance to job, combining with others in your area.  We would like to believe that we are however very fairly priced offering a great service and value for money.

Question: Can I have my driveway and guttering all done together? Yes you can.  We have done this for several customers, in fact many also opt for having their guttering repainted at the same time as cleaning.
